Canada Post Strike – Outgoing Mail Update
Since the Canada Post strike began on November 15 2024, our staff have not been mailing any Passport information to our recipients, this includes approval documents for new clients.
If any documents are required to be sent to you, rest assured, a member of our team will reach out to confirm how you prefer to receive them. If you are requesting documents be sent to you, please contact our office with your email address or to let us know how you prefer to receive any Passport correspondence. Thank you.
Notice: Canada Post Strike Impact on Cheque Payments
Due to the Canada Post strike, there may be delays in mailing out cheques to Passport recipients who have selected cheque as their payment method. To avoid disruptions, we strongly encourage you to work with your Passport agency to switch to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for direct deposit. If signing up for EFT is not feasible, please contact your Passport agency to arrange an in-person pick-up of your cheque. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
