We will provide you with updated information on all things related to the Passport funding program as it becomes available.
Due to the Canada Post strike, there may be delays in mailing out cheques to Passport recipients who have selected cheque as their payment method. To avoid disruptions, we strongly encourage you to work with your Passport agency to switch to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for direct deposit. If signing up for EFT is not feasible, please contact your Passport agency to arrange an in-person pick-up of your cheque. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

We will be sending out new POS forms to clients who need them over the next couple of weeks.
Please continue to use your current POS forms until you receive your new forms, even if it is after April 1, 2023. Please be patient, we are connecting with everyone as soon as we can.
If you use My Direct Plan (MDP) you do not need new POS forms.
