As of October 1, 2020, the Ontario government is funding a temporary wage increase for eligible workers who provide personal support services. This includes temporary support to people and families who pay for services from eligible direct support workers with funding from the following direct funding programs:

Due to COVID-19 our Hamilton office is closed to the public. However, we continue to work diligently to ensure your Passport needs are met. We will respond to your email or phone call within 2-3 business days.
Continue to submit your claims (POS) directly to PassportONE via fax 1-855-814-2403 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is an issue with your claim, PassportONE will let us know and we will get in touch with you.
On Thursday April 23, 2020, MCCSS provided information about temporary changes to eligible Passport expenses during COVID-19. As we receive more information from the Ministry, we will post it here. Please continue to monitor our website for information.
