Are you a person managing funds (PMF) for a Passport recipient?   The Passport program is asking PMFs to tell us about their experiences. Your answers will help to make the program better for all funding recipients. The survey will take about 15 minutes to fill out.     IMPORTANT: Your participation in the survey is voluntary, and it won’t have any impact on the recipient’s funding or relationship with the program.
