PassportOne performs mandatory audits on ten percent of all claims TPAs submit. When you see a request for Audit in your queue, please submit all required backup to the identified coordinator at oru office, who will attach the paperwork to the claim for you and ensure it routes back to PassportOne. It is your responsibility to submit this backup in a timely fashion to our coordinators.
PassportOne will occasionally have a question or “Inquiry” about one of your claims. In these instances, your coordinator will reach out to you with a specific question. It is your responsibility to respond to this question as quickly as possible, to ensure your claim is paid and does not time out.
