TPAs submit claims directly to PassportONE using the TPA Portal.
PassportONE performs mandatory audits on 10% of all claims TPAs submit. When you see a request for audit in your queue, please submit all required backup documentation to the identified coordinator at our office, who will attach the paperwork to the claim for you and ensure it routes back to PassportONE. It is your responsibility to submit this paperwork in a timely fashion to our coordinators.
PassportONE will occasionally have a question or “Inquiry” regarding a claim. In these instances your coordinator will reach out to you with a specific question. It is your responsibility to respond as quickly as possible to ensure your claim is paid and does not time out.
